Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Support the sales team of Training & Consulting Services with day-to-day administrative tasks
  2. Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents
  3. Maintain and update client databases, records, and CRM systems
  4. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services
  5. Assist in scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and client communication
  6. Generate reports on sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts
  7. Ensure completeness and accuracy of sales documentation

Requirements

Requirements

  1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  2. 1+ year of experience in administrative or sales support roles (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
  4. Detail-oriented and organized with strong time-management skills
  5. Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  6. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
  7. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
