Job Description
As a Runner & Promotion Staff, you will carry out promotional activities, demonstrate how to use the product, assist customers with the ordering process at restaurants, and build close collaboration with other teams at ESB.
This role requires empathy to understand customer needs, agility to adapt to dynamic on-site situations, and honesty in delivering product information transparently.
- Have a thorough understanding of product information.
- Provide accurate and transparent explanations to customers.
- Introduce products using engaging and easy-to-understand communication.
- Assist directly in the product service process.
Requirements
- Minimum education of Senior High School or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a similar role (runner/promotional staff) is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Good proficiency in English will be a plus.
