Job Description
- In this position, you will identify and mitigate financial and operational risks to ensure organizational stability and regulatory compliance. You will develop risk assessment frameworks, monitor risk exposure, and collaborate across departments to foster a risk-aware culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in risk management, finance, or operations, with an experience in managerial position, would be an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess risk data effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in risk management software and advanced Excel skills for data analysis
- Demonstrated leadership skills to foster a risk-aware culture
- Proven capability to develop and implement risk assessment frameworks
