Job Description
- Responsible for developing the Company’s Risk Management policies that are in line with the company’s objects;
- Assist management in identifying potential risks within the company, along with their impacts and probabilities;
- Providing risk advisory to management when needed;
- Updating the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) according to the company's business needs, and evaluating the overall BCP;
- Evaluate and determine changes to standard operating procedures;
- Responsible for developing Fraud Risk Strategies and Management programs and standards for monitoring, detection, case management, investigation, and reporting of fraud;
- Responsible for establishing Fraud Risk Management policy and procedure for the bank balancing data collection and customer experience;
- Perform fraud risk assessment and prevention processes;
- Responsible and involved heavily to carry out underwriting functions/modules in the fraud prevention system;
- Responsible for the company's credit portfolio, including collection Process and Procedure and ensure achievement according to management targets;
- Collaborate and work closely with the Credit Analyst Team, Product Team, as well as IT team on managing portfolio quality and identify area of improvement in underwriting and fraud risk management;
- Coordinating, cooperating and communicating effectively with all relevant departments as well as with institutions outside the company relating to specific information/reports on audit implementation;
- Should maintain The Security of Company Information;
- Must follow the company regulations regarding The Anti-Bribery Management System.
Requirements
- A solid understanding of labor laws and Fintech industry regulations.
- Knowledge of debt collection practices, legal compliance, and data protection regulations.
- Proficiency in risk assessment and fraud detection strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
