Job Description
- Support the Revenue/Accounting team in daily and weekly reconciliation processes.
- Perform reconciliation of payment gateway transactions and e-commerce retail data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in identifying discrepancies and coordinating with relevant teams for resolution.
- Maintain organized records and documentation of reconciliation reports.
- Contribute to improving reconciliation processes and reporting efficiency.
Requirements
Educational Background
- Final-year student or fresh graduate (D3/D4/S1) in Accounting or related fields.
- Preferably not enrolled in active classes during the internship period to ensure full availability.
Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reconciliation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Soft Skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong sense of responsibility and integrity when handling financial data.
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.
