Job Description

About the Role

You’ll own the growth engine across Dealls (ATS) and KantorKu (HRIS) — driving revenue through better funnels, pricing, and go-to-market execution. As Revenue & Growth Manager, you’ll identify where we lose money in the funnel and fix it — from lead → demo → close → retention.

This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Marketing. You won’t just analyze — you’ll implement changes that directly increase revenue.

What You’ll Do

Funnel Optimization

  • Analyze the full B2B funnel: lead → qualified → demo → proposal → close → retention.
  • Identify drop-offs and design experiments to improve conversion at each stage.
  • Work with SDR, Sales, and Product to fix bottlenecks quickly.

Revenue Strategy

  • Design and test pricing, packaging, and upsell strategies.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities (new segments, bundles, partnerships).
  • Improve ARPU and customer lifetime value.

Growth Experiments

  • Run structured experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Test messaging, offers, onboarding flows, and sales scripts.
  • Work with marketing on campaigns that generate high-quality leads.

Cross-Functional Execution

  • Partner with Sales to improve pipeline quality and closing rates.
  • Work with Product to improve activation, onboarding, and feature adoption.
  • Collaborate with BI to track performance and define growth metrics.

Measurement & Ownership

  • Own key metrics: conversion rate, CAC, LTV, ARPU, revenue growth.
  • Build dashboards and track weekly performance.
  • Deliver clear recommendations and execute improvements.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6 years experience in growth, revenue, strategy, or operations roles.
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS funnels and sales processes.
  • Analytical and structured; comfortable working with data and experiments.
  • Able to move from insight → execution quickly.
  • Strong communication and cross-team coordination skills.
  • High ownership mindset; focused on results, not activity.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in HRIS, ATS, or B2B SaaS.
  • Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, or growth analytics.
  • Background in consulting, startups, or growth teams.
