Job Description
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales associates.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide feedback and coaching.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment to enhance team productivity and morale.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Oversee the selection and presentation of stone products in the store.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of popular products while minimizing excess stock.
- Ensure the retail store is well-maintained, clean, and safe for customers and staff.
- Oversee merchandising and promotional displays to attract customers.
- Monitor and control expenses to meet budgetary goals.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analyses for senior management.
- Use data and insights to refine sales strategies and improve store performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in retail sales management, preferably within the stone or construction materials industry.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in using sales management software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of stone products, including types, applications, and market trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to client sites and supplier meetings.
- Placement in Mangga Dua, Jakarta and Cikupa.
