Job Description
- Conduct on-site operational audits to stores, warehouses, and other fields
- Evaluate inventory controls, stock management, and warehouse processes
- Assess compliance with SOPs and loss prevention standards
- Identify operational inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvement
- Prepare clear, actionable audit reports with practical recommendations
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of professional experience in internal audit, operational audit, finance, or accounting. (Note: Experience in public accounting/external audit (KAP/Big 4) is not required for this role)
- Willingness to travel frequently for branch/operational audits.
- Strong analytical and observational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with various departments.
- A practical, problem-solving mindset focused on improving processes and internal controls.
