Job Description
- Ensure effective and accurate lecturer's honorarium process
- Coordinate and control the request process for renovation
- Participates in system development and offers constructive feedback
- Build strong and effective cooperation which support the overall objectives of the department
- Provide excellent operational process and services for all stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), preferably from Information Systems
- Minimum 2 years of working experience
- Experience in system analysis strongly preferred
- High level of attention to details
- Excellent communication and capable to work both collaboratively in teams and independently
- Demonstrates resilience in high-pressure situations
- Committed to ongoing learning and skill development
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs
- Willing to be placed in West Jakarta
