Job Description
- Manage and maintain good relationships with existing and new partner
- Identify, validate, and communicate resolution of partners complaints
- Assisting partners in selling through channels
- Selling subscription packages to partners
- Actively provide recommendations for partners business development.
- Running and developing educational programs for partners
- Creating content related to partners on Jakmall's Partner Social Media
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma Degree in any major, Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Having experience in the related field is an added value.
- Experienced in handling customers
- Having knowledge in revenue growth and strategic planning.
- Have great networking and familiarity with potential markets.
- Good public speaking skills and fast learner.
- Good persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
