Job Description
- Maintain client relationships and provide regular updates on live shopping growth performance and activities
- Plan, schedule, coordinate with the host live streamer to execute live streaming sessions on TikTok & Shopee
- Develop engaging live concepts in collaboration with the Live Shopping & Creative teams
- Monitor live performance and optimize strategies based on data insights
- Handle technical setup and troubleshoot issues during live sessions
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in live streaming analysis (TikTok & Shopee)
- Good client relations skill
- Experience in a livestream agency is a plus
- Familiar with live streaming tools and able to troubleshoot technical issues
- Strong in data analytics and comfortable analyzing performance metrics
- Available to work Monday–Friday, 16:00 – 22:00 & 10:00 - 17:00 in Gading Serpong & BSD
