Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years as a Regional Sales Manager, preferably in Beauty, Skincare, Personal Care, Cosmetics, or FMCG.
- Experience handling sales operations across Jabodetabek, West Java, Sumatra, and Kalimantan.
- Strong experience in managing distributors and General Trade (GT)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing regional business.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Requirements
- Lead regional sales operations to achieve sales targets and business growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies across Jabodetabek, West Java, Sumatra, and Kalimantan.
- Manage and develop distributor partnerships to ensure strong market coverage.
- Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the regional sales team.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify business opportunities.
- Ensure effective execution of sales programs, promotions, and product launches.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to support business objectives.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business performance reviews.
