Job Description
- Planning a sales strategy and promotions
- Coordinating and implement sales, marketing and tinting programs.
- Monitoring market and demand conditions.
- Identifying opportunities for opening new areas.
- Controlling the use of the regional budget.
- Build relationships with regional Pareto distributors or customers.
- Evaluating the performance of the branch and encourage the achievement of targets.
- Doing the Improvement Project.
- Interacting with Customer through CRM.
Requirements
- Min. Bachelor's Degree from all major
- Minimum 10 years working experience in building materials, paint industry, and/or FMCG
- Excellent analytical skills
- Have a good Communication and Negotiations skill
- Proficiency in English
- Available to travel across Indonesia
