Job Description
- Monitoring supply levels of raw materials and communicating with SCM to ensure adequate stock is maintained
- Reviewing reports from Area managers regarding performance, customer service, and compliance issues
- Developing new customer relationships and managing existing client relationships to increase sales and profits
- Monitoring operational efficiency and recommending changes to improve productivity
- Ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of quality control
- Managing the day-to-day operations of a branch location, including hiring, training, and coaching employees
- Managing budgets and planning expenditures within the branch’s operating constraints to ensure profitability
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure that the branch meets its goals
- Developing new products or services based on current industry trends or consumer demand
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- Minimum two years of experience as a Regional Operations Manager or minimum five years of experience as an Area Manager.
- Willingness to travel is required.
- Experience in team management is required.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills are a plus.
- Willing to be placed in East Java area.
