Job Description
- - Ensure Sales Achievement and Profitability by developing effective Strategy Activity Plan and Stock Monitoring at each Accounts
- - Analyze all AIO product condition at each Accounts (Sales, Assortment, Price, Promotion, Display) as improvement plan and Source of Grw.
- - Develop and share Business Review, Activity Plan and Improvement/Collaboration Proposal to each Accounts in the Join Business Plan meeting
- - Coordination with other department (TM, MKT, MTO/HOA) for the preparation and implementation of each activity plan (from Join Business Plan meeting result and National Strategy Plan)
- - Review of each in store activity (from Join Business Plan meeting result and National Strategy Plan)
- - Administration :
- - Creating CCMS for each activity plan
- - Monitoring Budget Tracker
- - Ensure Permit Letter of each activity plan
- - Ensure Implementation of each activity
Requirements
- - Holds a bachelor’s degree in Economy/ Industrial Engineering/ Communication from a reputable university
- - Has a minimum of 3 years handling Modern Trade Key Account especially Modern Trade Independent
- - Has a strong understanding of Key Account Management
- - Experience in handling Joint Business Plan with customer including Product Improvement, In Store Activity and Opportunity Maximization
- - Experience in handling Project Management and Internal Coordination cross division
- - Excellent communication, both written and verbal in English
- - Willing to be placed in Sumatera/ East Java/ Bali region and traveling cross city
