Job Description
• Support the Regional Bank Partnership team to develop business strategy to drive increased bank partnership funding, budget utilization, and spending efficiency
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to review the performance of bank partnership campaigns to propose new initiatives to drive bank partnership performance
• Support bank partnership campaign scheme design including user segmentation and A/B testing
• Lead project management tasks end-to-end for new bank partnership feature development including business requirement detailing, alignment/coordination with relevant stakeholders, project tracking, and post-launch performance monitoring
• Support day-to-day operations to ensure bank partnership campaigns are properly setup including coordinating with tech team to resolve issues as needed
• Periodically generate reports and presentations for key senior management meetings
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, economics, engineering or related fields
• 3+ years of experience in ecommerce, banking and/or financial services
• 3+ years of experiences in product, strategy, business development or relevant fields
• Strong business acumen and analytical skill, able to identify problem/ opportunities from data
• Strong communication and presentation skills, ideally in both English and Mandarin
• Proficiency with data tools (e.g. SQL) is a strong plus
• Experience working in a cross-functional and multi-cultural environment
• Able to handle multiple tasks with effective prioritization
