Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate management.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and the specific requirements of open positions.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies utilizing various channels (Job Portals, References, Community) to identify a diverse pool of qualified candidates and maintain strong relationships with both active and passive candidates
- Conduct thorough assessments of candidates' qualifications and cultural fit through resume reviews, interviews, and other techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the our Database
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years as Recruiter or Talent Acquisitions, preferably from retail
- Proven expertise in managing full lifecycle recruitment and a team
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent data management and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ATS and HR databases is a plus
- Available to WFO with contract based arrangement
