Job Desc secara umum:
- Bertanggung jawab atas end-to-end recruitment process
- Memimpin, monitoring, dan mengembangkan potensi team
- Bertanggung jawab atas dokumentasi seluruh kandidat
- Membuat standarisasi hasil tes dan penilaian interview kandidat
- Memenuhi Man Power Planning sesuai dengan tenggat waktu
Requirements
Kualifikasi:
- Pengalaman dalam end-to-end recruitment process dan Man Power Planning
- Memiliki pengalaman memimpin dan monitoring team
- Senang bertemu orang baru namun juga senang dengan pekerjaan administrasi
- Memiliki kemampuan manajemen waktu yang baik
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 4 tahun rekrutment di Outsourcing dan Head Office lebih disukai
- Bisa segera bergabung, maksimal 1-month notice
- Latar belakang pendidikan S1 Manajemen lebih disukai (tidak menerima lulusan Psikologi)
