Job Description
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Define job descriptions and candidate specifications
- Develop recruitment strategies, including timelines and budgets
- Advertise job openings on various platforms (job boards, social media, company website, etc.)
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Requirements
- Experienced 1-2 years on F&B background
- On idle time (can join asap) would be a very very plus point
- Fluent in english is a must!
