Job Description
- Responsible for the end to end recruitment process
- Identifying employee needs, interacting and strategizing recruitment needs in alignment with users/managers to comprehend specific team or department needs
- Collaborate with users/managers to select the most qualified candidates
- Create & publish job vacancies on job portals and social media
- Develop recruitment strategy to fulfill manpower requirement based on the supply / demand position
- Source potential candidates through various channels: including job portals, social media and networking
- Screen resumes and applications to identify the most suitable candidates
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with minimum GPA of 3.00
- Familiar with psychological tools : DISC, PAPI KOSTICK, IQ TEST, EQ TEST
- Have related experience in full cycle recruiting minimum 2 - 3 years
- Able to work in a fast-paced enviroment and manage multiple priorities
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
