Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Partner with global expansion team and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure alignment with recruitment strategies
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing timely feedback
- Manage recruitment administration for an efficient documentation
- Design and implement employer branding strategies that align with the company’s mission, values, and business goals
- Represent the company at recruitment events, such as job fairs and networking sessions, to attract high-calibre candidates as part of employer branding initiative
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with exposure manage employer branding initiative, preferably from transportation, logistic, or tech industry
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in English
- Ability to handle high-volume recruitment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using ATS systems and recruitment tools
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and the resourcefulness to operate effectively with limited resources
