Job Description

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, to offer administration.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and organizational fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update recruitment database and hiring documentation accurately.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and monitor hiring progress.
  • Support onboarding administration for new hires.
  • Ensure recruitment activities are aligned with company policies and hiring standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
  • Open for fresh graduates with strong interest in Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
  • Able to manage multiple hiring needs and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms is an advantage.
