- Coordinates to user regarding job requirements and recruitment updates
- Manage recruitment report
- Conduct test to candidates
- Arranging and scheduling interviews and other recruitment activities
- Follow up candidates
- Using data and analysis to measure the success of hiring efforts and find areas that need improvement

- Major Psychology
- Having hunter mentality
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of technical and industry trends
