Requirements
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in full-cycle recruitment or HR recruiting.
- Demonstrated ability in candidate sourcing and talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interviewing skills.
- Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software.
- Familiarity with HRIS software and onboarding processes.
- Strong relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers.
- Experience or understanding of employer branding initiatives is a plus.
