Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both external and internal employees.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Proactively approach and engage potential candidates through networking, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Extend job offers and facilitate salary negotiations.
- Maintain an organized recruitment database and talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Continuously improve recruitment strategies, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, Law, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Recruiter.
- Having an experience as a 360-degree recruiter in an agency or headhunting firm is preferred.
- Strong ability to conduct various interview types (BEI, CBI, etc.).
- Ability to collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management skills.
- Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using recruitment software, ATS, sourcing tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English (written & spoken).
