Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Dedicated to our frontliners headcount needs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both local and overseas counterparts.
- Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools to attract top talent.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related role.
- Strong command of the English language (both written and spoken).
- Ability to handle communication with overseas counterparts in a professional and culturally sensitive manner.
- Open-minded and adaptable to new challenges, ideas, and environments.
- A fast learner with a proactive and results-driven approach.
