Job Description

Reponsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls from internal (Employee or Tenant).
- Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms.
- Coordinate with Security/Cleaning/Engineering team for daily operational.
- Assist in administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma degree in any major
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the same field
- Good in English both oral and written
- Good in administration and communication skills
- Willing to be placed in West Jakarta
