Job Description
- Planning a new wood coating product development process
- Responsible to control the use of materials and energy
- Identify and evaluate unsuitable wood coating finished products and reformulating the product
- Controlling the process of testing formulas in production
- Evaluating the suitability and quality handling of the trial formula
- Planning and evaluating waste treatment systems
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience as Assistant Manager/Manager R&D in paint industry especially in Wood.
- Mastering the whole process, starting from the analysis of all needs / resources, research, formulation and product testing
- Have leadership skills & Strategic Planning
- Target oriented, creative and problem solver
- Placement in Sidoarjo
