Job Responsibilities
· Develop and refine fragrance formulations for perfumes, body care, and home fragrance products
· Conduct research on raw materials, scent compositions, and market trends
· Ensure product compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and quality control
· Perform stability testing, sensory evaluations, and product improvements
Requirements
Qualification:
· Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field
· Experience in fragrance formulation, essential oils, or cosmetic R&D is a plus
· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
· Passion for innovation and creativity in scent development
· Knowledge fragrance regulations is an advantage
