Job Description

Planning and conducting a long term research regarding new product development, substitution and optimization formulation.
Report the result directly to manager and/or director
Supporting corporate not only business operation but also organization development and culture together with team.

Requirements

Bachelor / Master Degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering.
Experienced minimum 3 year in Paint / Coating Industry

Required skill(s):

Excellent communicator and facilitator
Good written and verbal presentation skills.
Good analytical skill
Good computer skill
Proficient in English
