Job Description
- Support research and development for new and existing products
- Conduct product testing and evaluate results
- Assist in prototype design and improvement
- Work with other departments to support product implementation
- Prepare basic reports and documentation
- Identify and suggest product or process improvements
- Help troubleshoot product-related issues
- Ensure work follows company standards and procedures
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in hardware R&D or product engineering (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Good communication skills in English (written & spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willing to learn and adapt to new tasks
- Able to work both independently and in a team
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset
