Job Description
- Lead and manage product development for decorative items.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and create new products.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences.
- Develop and execute product development plans to meet business objectives.
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
- Ensure product quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
- Knowing ODM and OEM industry manufacturing, knowing technology & formulation for decorative product, compounding of product, managing processing of new product & make up decorative.
- Auditor for ISO, understanding ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, GMP, CPKB/CPOB knowledge, Halal processing knowledge.
- At least 10-15 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position (In cosmetic and skin care industry/manufacturing) Preferable at senior manager position.
