Job Description
- Prepare, research, and propose detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents to support project planning and procurement.
- Plan, manage, and maintain project budgets, including cost forecasting, expense tracking, and cost control.
- Analyze and negotiate with vendors, clients, subcontractors, or suppliers.
- Provide professional advice on procurement strategies, risk mitigation, and cost-efficiency solutions.
- Provide accurate valuations for work completed and arrange payments for contractors and ensure detailed project documentation
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure projects are delivered within budget and aligned with contract terms.
- Evaluate risk, contract variations, claims, and change orders for compliance.
- Ensure project activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or any related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, especially in tall building construction projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office, and other quantity surveying software.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented and committed to deliver high-quality work.
- Knowledgable in construction and HSE regulations
- High Integrity and able to work with team
