Job Description
- Ensure vendor payments are in accordance with budget terms
- Monitoring & controlling development projects at WINGS Group (DC, factory, & other facilities)
- Monitoring physical sampling check of work & materials in the field (quantity & quality)
Requirements
- Candidate must own at least Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills are essential for accurately estimating costs and quantities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using Quantity Surveying software and tools for cost estimation, project management, and data analysis.
