- Finding the issue and create report defect of collection process
Requirements
- Min. bachelor degree from all major
- Quality Assurance, Desk Collection or Customer Service Experience
- Good Attitude, Integrity, and Target Oriented Achievement
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Internal Movement from Collection, KYC, Customer Service are welcome
- Technical Competencies: Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel
