Job Description
Ringkasan Pekerjaan: Kami mencari seorang Website QC Specialist yang detail-oriented untuk bergabung dengan tim development kami. Kandidat yang ideal akan bertanggung jawab memastikan kualitas website dan aplikasi web yang dikembangkan menggunakan teknologi modern seperti Tailwind CSS dan framework lainnya, serta memastikan implementasi sesuai dengan metodologi Scrum yang kami terapkan.
Tanggung Jawab Utama:
- Pengujian Fungsional: Melakukan pengujian menyeluruh terhadap fitur-fitur website untuk memastikan fungsionalitas berjalan sesuai spesifikasi
- UI/UX Testing: Memverifikasi implementasi design dengan Tailwind CSS sesuai dengan mockup yang telah ditentukan
- Cross-browser Testing: Menguji kompatibilitas website di berbagai browser dan perangkat
- Performance Testing: Menganalisis performa website termasuk loading time dan responsiveness
- Bug Reporting: Mendokumentasikan dan melaporkan bug/issues menggunakan tools manajemen proyek (Jira/Trello)
- Regression Testing: Memastikan fitur-fitur lama tetap berfungsi setelah update
- Kolaborasi Tim: Bekerja sama dengan developer menggunakan metodologi Scrum dalam sprint planning dan daily standup
- Testing Documentation: Membuat test case, test scenario, dan test report
Requirements
Kualifikasi yang Dibutuhkan:
Technical Skills:
- Pemahaman mendalam tentang HTML, CSS (khususnya Tailwind CSS)
- Familiar dengan developer tools di browser (Chrome DevTools, Firefox Developer Tools)
- Pengalaman menggunakan VS Code atau code editor lainnya untuk review code
- Pemahaman dasar tentang web server (IIS, Apache, Nginx)
- Kemampuan menggunakan tools testing (Selenium, Postman, atau similar tools)
- Familiar dengan version control (Git)
Soft Skills:
- Attention to detail yang sangat baik
- Kemampuan komunikasi yang efektif
- Dapat bekerja dalam tim dengan metodologi Scrum
- Problem-solving mindset
- Kemampuan multitasking dan time management
Nilai Tambah (Nice to Have):
- Pengalaman dengan mobile testing, terutama aplikasi Flutter, dan React Native
- Pengalaman dengan automated testing
- Background dalam digital marketing untuk memahami user behavior
