Job Description
- Plan, design, and execute manual and/or automated testing to ensure application quality.
- Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and scenarios based on requirements.
- Identify, document, and track defects using tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers throughout the development cycle.
- Manual QA: Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing; validate user flows and UI/UX.
- Automation QA: Write and maintain automation scripts (frontend & backend), integrate into CI/CD, analyze results, and debug.
Requirements
- Experience in software testing (manual and/or automation) with understanding of SDLC & Agile.
- Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving, and good communication skills.
- Technical Skills:
- Testing Tools: Postman, Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, JMeter (or similar).
- Bug Tracking: Jira, Trello, Linear (or similar).
- Automation: JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- API Testing: REST API, GraphQL.
- Testing Types: Regression, smoke, exploratory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Systems or equivalent experience.
