Job Description

  1. Primarily conduct post-release and post-implementation testing for the digital bank.
  2. Work with Business teams and assist to develop and execute test cases based on the business requirements.
  3. Report bugs and errors to development teams promptly for investigation, and ensuring close monitoring of defect resolution and retest.
  4. Provide prompt updates on testing progress and clear escalation of the potential risks to the UAT Project Lead.
  5. Provide comprehensive documentation of test cases, test results and defect management for the required sign offs.
  6. Identify and propose ways to constantly improve UAT efficiency.
  7. Experience with Waterfall, Agile and XP methodologies also proficiency in tools like Jira, ASANA, Trello, Lucidchart, Miro and Figma.
  8. Background in working within a business-led driven environment.

Requirements

  1. A Bachelor's/ Masters or an equivalent degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering or related.
  2. Min. 3 years working experiences as of QA Engineer Manual and/or Automation experience in testing UAT projects, delivering. highly successful and innovative SaaS products specifically in Financial Institutions.
  3. Highly goal driven and able to work well in fast paced environments.
  4. Strong team player and possess good communication skill in English.
  5. A go-getter attitude that resonates with extreme ownership and accountability.
  6. Demonstrated track record of implementing strategic initiatives, strong in QA Engineering.
  7. Preference will be given to those with experience in the banking and financial industry.
  8. Fluency in QA Engineering Tools (Postman, etc).
  9. Previous experience QA-ing SaaS product, proven by portfolio.
