Job Description
- Develop and implement automated testing for systems and applications.
- Create detailed test plans, test cases, and defect tracking documents.
- Oversee SIT and UAT testing activities and ensure timely completion.
- Conduct periodic reviews of QA performance and testing quality.
- Improve QA team skills and testing processes regularly.
- Prepare release strategy documents, SIT/UAT sign-offs, and weekly reports.
- Coordinate testing activities, including daily and weekly meetings.
- Identify and resolve quality issues in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Ensure testing aligns with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC workflows.
- Lead multiple projects and manage quality across diverse platforms.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Head of QA or equivalent.
- Expertise in automated and performance testing (e.g., stress testing).
- Proficient in testing web and mobile applications, API services, and operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD processes and Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Skilled in documentation management and multitasking across projects.
- Willingness to work outside regular hours if needed.
- Strong leadership abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality work standards.
