Job Description
- Do QA & QC for the daily tasks including the document administration and operational documentation.
- Establish food quality and food safety standards, maintain quality food and operational.
- Field Inspection and check parts when abnormality is found.
- Process problem report information and prepare quality report data.
- Find the root cause and countermeasure.
- Other responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance & Audit in Retail fresh food, Warehouse fresh, or FMCG.
- Min Diploma degree in Food Technology/ Agriculture/ Biological Engineering/ Nutrition's (optional).
- Experienced in implementing Food Safety & Quality System, policies, standards, and Audits.
- Expert in using Ms. Office and Spreadsheet.
- Good communication skill.
- Have a good leadership, analytical skills and good on decision making.
- Willingness to relocate, mobile (Tangsel, Jakarta).
- Ready to work asap.
