As a Qualitative Consumer Insights Executive, you will:
- Plan and execute qualitative research (FGD, IDI) to uncover deep consumer insights
- Translate consumer behaviors, needs, and emotions into actionable recommendations to support brand, product, and innovation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies, manage multiple research projects end-to-end, and deliver clear and compelling insight-driven storytelling to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, or Business
- 1-2 years of experience in consumer insights, qualitative research, or market research with hands-on experience in FGDs and IDIs studies
- Strong understanding of qualitative research methodologies
- Experience in translating consumer behaviors, needs, and emotions into actionable insights for brand, product, or innovation teams
- Experience in FMCG, Beauty Industry, or Agency is a plus
