Job Description
- Lead the execution of both technical and non-technical quality strategies, including inspection of incoming materials and customer-supplied goods.
- Drive the department’s annual planning process, translating company strategic plans into actionable work activities, financial budgets, and human resource needs.
- Develop and implement improvement programs for unmet Quality Objectives and department performance in line with continuous improvement policies.
- Monitor measuring instruments (including calibration) and conduct inspections of production processes to ensure finished product quality meets established standards.
- Handle and evaluate customer complaints to ensure effective resolution and service improvement.
- Analyze data on non-conforming products or defects to prevent recurrence using statistical tools (e.g., Statistical Process Control).
- Apply and ensure working procedures are based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other relevant management systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience (min 5 years) in quality assurance within a manufacturing or factory environment.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
- Proficient in statistical analysis and continuous improvement tools.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to work in a factory environment located in Bekasi/Cikarang area
