Job Description
- Merencanakan, mengelola serta menaati kebijakan pembelian yang berlaku di perusahaan
- Merencanakan anggaran pembelian, serta melakukan penghematan biaya
- Bernegosiasi dan menyetujui kontrak, memantau kualitas layanan dan disediakan
- Memberikan persetujuan terhadap suplier yang akan diajak bekerjasama
- Melakukan riset untuk memastikan produk dari suplier terbaik dalam hal nilai, jadwal pengiriman dan kualitas
- Membangun, menjaga hubungan baik dan melakukan penilaian suplier baru dan yang sudah ada
- Menjaga operasional gudang dengan mematuhi prosedur dan protokol keamanan yang ekstensif
- Menjaga standar kesehatan, keselamatan, kebersihan dan keamanan
- Mengelola stok gudang dengan mengawasi penerimaan barang, penyusunan stok dan pembaruan inventaris
- Menjaga standar kualitas barang (penerimaan dan pengiriman) sesuai dengan standar perusahaan
- Bertanggung jawab atas pengendalian stok
- Memberikan arahan, mendukung pengembangan keterampilan dan memastikan kerjasama yang efektif diantara anggota tim
Requirements
- Pria/Wanita
- Pendidikan minimal D3 semua jurusan
- Pengalaman dalam bidang Purchasing setidaknya 2 tahun
- Kemampuan negosiasi dan networking yang baik
- Kemampuan analitis yang kuat
- Memiliki perhatian yang tinggi terhadap pekerjaan detail
- Mampu membangun dan memelihara hubungan dengan suplier
- Mampu berbahasa inggris
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Jakarta Barat
- Bersedia bergabung secepatnya
