- Verify vendor delivery plans against actual deliveries.
- Input shipment data, including delivery orders and supporting documents.
- Handle complaints or administrative issues related to the supply chain process.
- Manage vendor-related administration, including contract filing and supporting document management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Min 1–3 years of experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG industry.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good understanding of purchasing processes (PR–PO–GR/Service Entry–Invoice).
- Experienced in sourcing suppliers and comparing quotations to achieve the best value.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP systems (SAP/Odoo is an advantage).
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work with deadlines.
- Good communication skills and able to coordinate with cross-functional teams
