Job Description
- Collaborate with various departments to identify procurement needs.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and place purchase orders.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services while monitoring inventory levels.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
- Resolve supply issues and discrepancies with suppliers and internal teams.
- Continuously assess and improve the efficiency of the procurement process.
- Stay updated on market trends and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions.
Requirements
- Educational background of D3/S1 from various disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Purchasing Staff in the food industry.
- Good communication skills.
- Proactive.
- Creative in resource sourcing.
- Ready to join immediately.
