Job Description
- Arrange shipments from the principal.
- Communicate and check import documents and activities.
- Build communication with related agencies regarding EXIM (e.g., monitoring licensing and compliance with regulatory or legal requirements like Lartas, Legas Docs, etc).
- Collect and obtain bids from forwarders.
- Monitor ongoing shipments and shipment schedules.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Preferably 3-4 years of experience in the same field
- Have an understanding of purchasing procedures (export-import knowledge is a plus).
- Have good negotiation skills
- Have the ability to speak English (oral & written)
- Able to use MS Office & other supporting software
