Job Description
- Searching for price quotes matching the specifications requested by the User from a minimum of 3 suppliers.
- Negotiating prices and delivery times with suppliers.
- Creating & Entering Purchase Orders in Microsoft Dynamics AX system.
- Seeking Purchase Order approvals.
- Ensuring the arrival of goods meets user requirements.
- Checking received goods against the Purchase Order.
- Reporting on purchasing activities.
- Evaluating the purchasing process and supplier performance.
- Controlling Purchase Order values based on Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).
- Monitoring and preparing progress reports on fieldwork.
- Preparing necessary tender documents as requested by the User.
- Willing to travel for business purposes.
Requirements
- Graduate bachelor degree from Engineering
- Fluent in english is preferred
- Experienced min 1 years in same field
- Honest & Responsibel
- Able to Work Under Pressure
- Team work & Good Coordination
