Job Description
To manage the procurement of club operational needs, especially food ingredients, kitchen equipment, and operational goods for our Food & Beverage Department.
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree
• Understanding of raw materials, kitchen inventory, and restaurant operations
• Familiar with supplier sourcing, negotiation, and inventory control
• Knowledge of basic accounting and budgeting is a plus
• Have a local supplier database (food ingredients, packaging, kitchen equipment, etc.)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• This position will be assigned at Damai Indah Golf – Pantai Indah Kapan (PIK) Jakarta Utara
