Job Description

  • Receive purchase requests (orders) from outlets
  • Place orders with suppliers and vendors
  • Record all purchases accurately
  • Maintain records of all Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Maintain records of all accounts receivable (AR)
  • Prepare payment requests related to outlet needs

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate in Business, Administration, Hospitality, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
  • Strong interest in the Food & Beverage industry
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Willing to learn, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Available for a full-time internship (6 months preferred)
