Job Description
- Receive purchase requests (orders) from outlets
- Place orders with suppliers and vendors
- Record all purchases accurately
- Maintain records of all Accounts Payable (AP)
- Maintain records of all accounts receivable (AR)
- Prepare payment requests related to outlet needs
Requirements
- Fresh graduate in Business, Administration, Hospitality, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
- Strong interest in the Food & Beverage industry
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Willing to learn, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Available for a full-time internship (6 months preferred)
