Job Description

Monitor Purchasing process administration : Purchase Request / Purchase Order in SAP & Internal System Portal
Coordinate with user to gather user's requirement
Vendor Evaluation
Forecast planning.
Price negotiation and PO issuance.
Monitoring delivery schedules and updating to SAP systems.
Submit invoices and BL on time to finance for payment processing.
Carrying out the export process starting from receiving the PO, negotiating shipping prices with forwarders, the process of creating export documents and monitoring the export-import process.

Requirements

Minimum bachelor’s from a reputable university.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Purchasing at FMCG company.
Computer literacy; Data processing application, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
Have outstanding communication skills in English (must be fluent both in oral and written communication).
Have a good experience in creating or processing data and reports, especially in PPT.
Detail oriented; organized recording and documentation.
Able to work closely with Sales, and Logistic to improve forecasting, purchasing, and overall stock management.
Energetic and fast learner
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Willing to be placed in Jakarta Selatan
